"A big thank you. If it was not for you, I would still be hobbling around in agony, since it was you that informed me that I needed a hip replacement."
"I had struggled for three years and my doctor told me it was a disc in my lower back leaning on a nerve. I have just returned to work after my hip operation and I am walking normally again, thanks to you."
"Many thanks."

"I have suffered from a bad back and poor posture for more years than I care to think about. I didn't think that anything more could be done for me, as I had been down all usual routes."
"The pain was beginning to affect my hips and knee, making my life pretty miserable. Then it was suggested that I go and see Dr Neil Bray. After my first visit I couldn't believe the difference. The lower back pain had all but disappeared there was no pain in the hips or knees."
"Five treatments later I can honestly say that I am now pain free. I do some simple exercises and will just be seeing Dr Neil Bray every couple of months just to keep on top of things."
"So thank you Neil for giving me my life back and putting a spring in my step."

"Coming from a sporting background and then climbing the ranks as a National Netball Umpire I wanted to ensure I was injury free. When playing and umpiring Netball your body takes a pounding with all stop, start and jumping movements, I wanted to ensure that all my joints were in good working order and I hadn't damaged any part of my body with netball."
"I decided to see Neil for preventative measures rather than actual problems I had. However, when I sat down and thought about all the back, foot and shoulder pains I have had over the years, I realised I did actually have some problems. After the consultation I began to understand why my body was so stiff in parts and sore when pressure was applied."
"Seeing Neil on a regular basis has helped me keep injury free for five years and although I retired from National Umpiring this year I have continued with my treatments to ensure I stay supple, agile and injury free."
"Thanks Neil for all your help."

"After my second visit to Dr Bray I found I was able to stop the antinflammatory tablets I have taken for several years."
"I have been pain free from lower back and intermittent neck pain I have had for many years."
"I now only see him every few months for maintenance."
"I highly recommend him."

"I have been attending Dr Bray's Clinic since September 2006 and can only praise the treatment that I have received. Dr Bray is always pleasant and his clinic is bright and cheerful."
"I have suffered with Trigeminal Neuralgia, an extremely painful condition affecting the face, for the past 14 years and have tried every remedy known to mankind. I even tried a faith healer. When a member from the Trigeminal Neuralgia Association rang me to tell me that she had had very positive results through visiting a Chiropractor, I cannot say that I was filled with hope. I had always thought that Chiropractors were "bone people" and had never even considered that they may help my condition."
"I have to admit that my life has been transformed. I no longer get pain on a daily basis and feel more confident planning for the future. I now have hope that I may one-day be pain free again."
"I would recommend Dr Bray's approach to his patients; he always smiles."

"For some years I have had lower back pain and recently neck pain. I have been treated by Osteopaths and Physiotherapy and felt little improvement. Since Dr. Bray has been treating me, my neck pain has gone and my lower back pain has greatly improved."

"I contacted Neil at 'Back for your future' after experiencing severe pains in my right buttock during a gym class. I felt it needed urgent attention. In a matter of a few days I was seen for a consultation. I was diagnosed with a sprained sacroiliac joint, and was told that this wasn't an unusual injury in people exercising at high level. My sacroiliac joint was manipulated and I was shown some rehabilitation exercises. Neil also encouraged me to take some cod liver oil and glucosamine sulphate tablets during the recovery process. My pain subsided within two months and I now feel 100% better and have been able to resume my normal exercise."

"I am 58 years old, I have tried to keep myself active and used to play squash with my husband regularly, I would rather walk than wait for a bus, as I don't drive, and for the last two and a half years have suffered with pain in my legs and thought the pain in the buttocks and pain down the leg to the ankles was a trapped sciatic nerve."
"I also suffered with fibroids and had a hysterectomy approximately eighteen months ago, the medical staff I was under thought the fibroids could have been pressing on the nerve. Unfortunately the operation made no difference, and my GP referred me to physiotherapy. But, after 4 weeks I was told it was my posture that was causing the problem and given exercises to do, but I was still the same."
"Last year in May I returned from a holiday, and on the way home from work picked up some groceries from a local store, but bought more than I thought and found that my back really hurt. The next day the pain that I had suffered with for the last 2 years in my right leg had moved to the left leg. The pain started to get more intense and I found I was starting to limp. I found it difficult just getting up from a chair, turning over in bed and climbing the stairs."
"My eldest son was getting married in September and we were going on holiday the same month. I was getting concerned that my movements were becoming restricted. At the same time my niece, a very active person who went to the gym regularly, got a back and leg problem. She could not afford to be off work for long so made an appointment with Dr Bray. She felt much better after one session."
"She recommended Dr Bray to me and I have had 7 seven sessions with him. After reading the health questionnaire that I filled out on the first appointment he thought I had a trapped sciatic nerve, but after examining me he concluded that the problems was centred around the sacroiliac joint. I have found that after each session the pain has decreased and movement has become easier. Although the pain has not completely gone, I feel Dr Bray has helped me considerably and can recommend him very highly."
